How do I adjust the time?
If you just received your WATCHmyStyle timepiece, please check the side of the timepiece to see if there is a plastic stopper between the crown and the body. If there is a stopper, remove it and carefully ensure that there are no plastic pieces left behind.
Pull the crown out, if it isn’t out.
Rotate the crown counterclockwise (the ball bearings will move clockwise). Turning the crown clockwise can damage the watch movement.
To set the time, push the crown in toward the timepiece body.
How do I change the battery?
For quartz watches we are using a Renata 371 button cell battery that lasts for about 2-3 years. To change the battery, we highly recommend taking your watch to a watch repair store and asking them to change the battery for you. This reduces the likelihood of unwanted scratches and scuffs when removing the back plate.
If you have a mechanical watch, you don't need to worry about changing the battery, since it's working from movement. It will stop after 48 hours without movement and in order to restart it shake your watch first.
How do I adjust the size?
All watches that we have are fairly easy adjustable for any wrist. The are 3 clasp types you may encounter:
1. Buckle - can be easily adjusted by choosing the right hole in it.
2. Clip - normally has multiple clips for a comfortable size adjustment.
3. Magnet - may only have one size. We can adjust it for you, just enter your wrist size at the checkout. To adjust the size of the magnet clasp you may have to remove the clasp from the leather strip and cut it to your size, after which you may install the clasp back with leather glue.
Note: Do not to cut it too short for your wrist. Once the manual adjustment was done, the item is considered to be used and not eligible for return.
International shipping? - FREE
Watch My Style is based in the USA & China and currently ships to the South and North Americas, Europe, Australia and most of the Asia. We do not ship to Nigeria. Our international shipping cost (outside of the USA) is FREE, it may take 2-7 weeks depending on the country and region it's being shipped to. Note: If you are ordering multiple items, they might be shipped separately.

US Stock
Domestic with tracking:
1. USPS - First Class Shipping - FREE (5-10 days)
2. USPS - Priority Mail Shipping - $5.95 (2-5 days)
3. USPS - Priority Mail Express - $24.95 (1-2 days)

International Stock
International with tracking is FREE for up to 5 items. Items may be shipped separately. It would normally take 2-4 weeks. However, depending on the country and region, it might take up to 7 weeks.
Note: We do not ship internationally from US Stock.

Handling: We ship within 24 hours after payment clearance.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. If you unsure that your card will be accepted, simply try to checkout and if your payment was accepted we will proceed with the order.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your watch from WATCHmyStyle.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned and the cost of the item refunded.

Defective products that have been purchased from watchmystyle.net can be replaced or refunded within 30 days after delivery.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your product is delivered, and in accordance with our return policy:
The product must have been purchased directly from watchmystyle.net For orders placed from an authorized retailer, you will need to follow the authorized retailer’s return policy.
The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
We suggest that you return items through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us.
Any shipping and handling charges you paid when you purchased the item are not refundable.
To return your item, please contact us first via email and state the reason of the return. we will get back to you within 24 hours with more shipping details.
Stocks and Availability
We have Stocks all over US and Asia to make sure that you get your items delivered as fast as possible.
US customers may choose "US Stock" to see if the product is available in the country for a faster delivery, as well as check "International Stock" delivery that normally takes 10-21 days within US territory depending on the region.
For the customers all around the world we have a network of shops and manufacturers around Asia. For a free shipping, please order only from "International Stock" delivery that might take anywhere from 7-45 days based on the country and region you are in:
North America 7-21 days
South America 14-45 days
Europe 7-28 days
Australia 14-35 days
Asia 10-35 days
Africa 14-40 days
Islands 20-45 days
Handling will normally take no more than 24 hours. We do not ship to Nigeria.

Warranty
Every item with original value of 120 USD or above comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty and 2 year WMS warranty.
Warranty is active since the purchase day. Please keep a paper or digital copy of the receipt for your warranty.
If eligible, seller is responsible to cover shipping costs. Warranty doesn't cover any physical or water damages.

WMS Insurance
Our two year coverage comes free with an order of each item worth 120 USD or more. If you purchase an item under that amount, but still want to get insurance, you might have an option of purchasing it with your item.
The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. WMS's obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at WMS’s discretion. WMS will cover return cost of the repaired or replaced product to you. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear/damage to the case or movement. WMS is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. Only in case if the item needs to be replaced, we charge 5 USD deductible for processing.
Any claims outside the warranty period with WMS will involve you returning the defective goods to us, at your expense.
